ZINKE’S ATTACKS ON PUBLIC LANDS END

Tell the Senate: NO MORE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. We demand a conflict-free Interior Secretary >>

Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke’s attacks on our public lands will soon come to an end.

Thank you for using your voice to hold Zinke and the Trump administration accountable and standing up for the outdoor heritage that defines the West!

BUT… we can’t walk away just yet. Just look at what the Washington Post has already reported about Zinke’s second in command and possible heir apparent, David Bernhardt:

Zinke’s #2 has so many potential conflicts of interest he has to carry a list of them all

The Washington Post, November 2018

“He had to recuse himself from “particular matters” directly affecting 26 former clients […] The recusals have expired for four of them, allowing Bernhardt to plunge into policymaking that has prompted critics to say he is helping his former clients.”

This is our next big fight, Friend, and it’s coming soon. Trump has already stated he will be naming his nominee in the coming week.

Will you take 30 seconds of your weekend to sign our petition?

We need to put pressure on Congress NOW and demand that they only consider an Interior nominee without massive industry ties and conflicts of interest.

Congress must hold the Trump administration accountable and protect America’s public lands and wildlife from special interests!

Tell the Senate: NO MORE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. We demand a conflict-free Interior Secretary >>

Make no mistake about it — if we keep working together, we can hold the line on protecting the places we love, Friend. Don’t let up.
